Hummus is always a good go-to snack to bring to your summer picnics + gatherings. Sure, you could go grab some from the grocery store, but I find that I like my hummus a bit more lemony, and since it takes nearly no time at all to whip up, why not make my own?! PLUS you can make lots of it and use it for other recipes throughout the week. Now that’s savin’ time people!
Easy Lemony Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 15-oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp almond milk
DIPPERS
- carrots
- cucumber
- tomatoes
- celery
- broccoli
- gluten free crackers, (Simple Mills has awesome crackers!)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth
