Plum + Kiwi + Blackberry Breakfast Pizza

This is what dreams are made of… but just after you wake up lol I have been dying to make a breakfast pizza, because who doesn’t want to eat pizza for breakfast + lunch + dinner?! This recipe is super simple and quick to make (thank goodness because I woke up hangry this morning!). The crust is made with only 8 ingredients and the cashew “sauce” is made with only 5 ingredients. It’s delightfully sweet, but not too sweet, and if you can save some for the rest of the week you’ve got breakfast already made for you. I look forward to experimenting with different toppings, even as we head back into fall + winter. Let’s have a pizza party! Comment on what toppings you’re going to try!

Plum + Kiwi + Blackberry Breakfast Pizza

Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 20 min
Total time: 30 min



  • 2 cups oats (gluten free)
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 tbsp date sugar (may sub with 2 tbsp cane sugar)
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Cashew Cream "Sauce"

  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water overnight)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil


  • kiwi
  • plum
  • blackberries


  1. ** NOTE: You will need to soak your cashews overnight in water in your fridge, or 1 hour in the morning in hot water

  2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F

  3. Combine all the dry crust ingredients in a blender and pulse it to combine into a flour

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the blender and blend until a dough forms, but not too much to where it becomes a paste

  5. Press the crust into a pie plate lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes

Cashew Cream

  1. While the crust is baking, make your cashew cream. Drain and rinse the cashews

  2. Add the cashews and all other ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed

  3. Place the cream into the fridge until your crust is done to set up a bit

  4. Slice your toppings as desired


  1. Let the crust cook for a few minutes, top with cashew cream and toppings

  2. Keep leftover pizza covered in the fridge
