No-Bake Raspberry Chocolate Pie

One word. OBSESSED! You guys, this is so easy to make and it’s so so so delicious. My hubby seriously couldn’t stop commenting on how much he loves this pie. I better hide a couple pieces because otherwise my chocolate pie monster will eat my pieces too! The base ingredient is…. drum roll please… AVOCADO! I know, I know, you’re thinking, “what?! ew!” haha but seriously, you won’t believe it. The crust is made from ground nuts + coconut oil and the filling is made up of only 8 ingredients! The best part is it’s no bake, so you seriously whip it up and put it in the fridge or freezer. But maybe the even better part, you can make just the filling and have it as chocolate mousse! I mean, what dessert do you know that can be two desserts in one?! Avocados… you just rock my world (well and chocolate too). This can be frozen too and makes for a delicious summer treat (and will last longer). Intrigued enough to try it out?! Here’s my recipe!

No Bake Chocolate Raspberry Pie

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup/sugar

Filling Ingredients

  • 3 avocados (peeled + pitted)
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Optional Toppings

  • fresh raspberries
  • So Delicious Coconut Whipped Topping
  • Melted Enjoy Life chocolate chips for drizzling



  1. Place all the crust ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Press into a pie dish

  3. Place in the freezer while you make the filling


  1. Place all the filling ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as needed

  2. Pour the filling into the crust and spread evenly with a spatula

  3. Cover and refrigerate (or freeze) for 3 hours/overnight 

  4. Before serving, add toppings if desired


* Best if enjoyed within 24 hours

* Store in the freezer for longer enjoyment

* Skip the crust and enjoy the filling as chocolate mousse!
