  44. Well aren’t these just the best thing to happen to a potato in a long time!? I love how you piped the hummus on top instead of slapping it on, cause I’m a bum and totally would’ve taken the lazy route haha.

    • Haha!!! Well thank you Erin! I always try to be creative, but next time I probably will just slap it on too 😜

  45. I made this tonight and it was absolutely delicious. I used kale, asparagus, edamame, brussels sprouts, and fennel which was AWESOME because I don’t feel like I get to use fennel all too much. I was nervous because the sauce was a little soupy as first but I realized I had the heat too low. As soon as I increased it and kept stirring it went in to a better consistency. I have made a good amount of Healthy Little Vittles recipes and they are always so good. Thanks for them!

    • Aw thank you so much for your kind comment! I am SOOO glad you liked it (and my other recipes!) I am so grateful for your support and following πŸ˜ŠπŸ’—πŸ™πŸ»

  59. What you typed made a lot of sense. But, think on this, suppose you added
a little content? I mean, I don’t wish to tell you how
to run your blog, but what if you added something that makes people want more?
I mean Orange Chocolate Silver Dollar Pancakes | Healthy Little Vittles is kinda boring.
You should glance at Yahoo’s home page and note how they create
post headlines to grab viewers to open the links.
You might add a related video or a pic or two to grab people interested about what you’ve written. In my opinion, it
could make your website a little bit more interesting.
