Piña Colada Smoothie (virgin + GF + VG)

(annnddd cue music)… If you like pina coladas…. This smoothie tastes just like the real deal (you know, the boozy kind) and can be eaten for breakfast (wink), or whenever you want, really. When you start your day off with this, you won’t mind gettin’ caught in the rain! It’s a super simple recipe made with only 4 ingredients, so no excuses to skip breakfast this summer. So go put on that Jimmy Buffett song, bust out the blender, and whip up this deliciousness in no time.

Piña Colada Smoothie

  • 1 can (13.5 ounces) Light Coconut Milk
  • 16 ounces frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (not from concentrate)
