Peach + Cranberry + Almond Oatmeal

Eating a nutritious breakfast (notice I said nutritious) is one of the most best things we can do for ourselves each day. It gives our bodies what they need to get going, our brains what they need to get thinking (and not stinkin’ thinkin’), and gets our mood bright and cheery like that morning sunshine. This easy, and I mean easy peasy, oatmeal is packed with fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats to really start your day off right.

Peach + Cranberry + Almond Oatmeal

Servings: 1 morning peep

  • 1 cup quick oats (gluten free)
  • 1 handful almonds (sliced or whole)
  • 1 handful dried cranberries (I use Eden Organic Dried Cranberries because there isn't a bunch of added sugar. Purchased on Amazon)

optional toppings

  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • almond/coconut milk
  • 1 tsp flaxseed meal


  1. Combine oats + peaches in a microwave safe bowl and cook according to package directions for 1 minute + 30 seconds

  2. Add cranberries + almonds + other toppings

  3. That's it! Easy peasy (and yummy!)
