Mango Maple Smoothie Bowl

Well, it must be the hot summer heat… I am craving mango like it’s nobody’s business right now! Either that, or I am longing for a tropical getaway (wink). And not to mention, who doesn’t like a delicious smoothie bowl with only 5 ingredients that takes 5 minutes to make?! My other complete obsession right now is tahini. My hubby and I have noticed that lately we are putting it in everything, on everything… and yes, you guessed it. It makes a guest appearance in this smoothie bowl recipe. Mango Maple Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut milk (light)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom


  • 1-2 tbsp tahini (for drizzling)
  • pumpkin seeds
  • unsweetened shredded coconut
  • sunflower seeds
