Guys, this juice, err I mean elixir, will surely put a spell on you this fall. It’s a great way to start your day, and you’ll be feeling so great, you’ll be wanting this again and again. It’s literally like the autumn sunshine in a glass. This juice is sweet, but not too sweet, and has some great health benefits as we amp up our immune systems to get ready for the colder months ahead.

Carrot

Servings: 1 Juice
Prep time: 15 min

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots
  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled)
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 apples
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch or two ginger

Instructions

  1. Juice all ingredients in your juicer and strain (depending on your preference for a little pulp). Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days, but best consumed fresh
